She married Daniel Allen Lindley on 5 March 1874.
Obituary in Tarrytown Press issue of 16 January 1892. Mrs. D. A. Lindley Died Jan 10, 1892 The funeral of Mrs. Mary Grace Lindley, eldest daughter of Cyrus W. Field and wife of Daniel A. Lindley, took place on Wednesday at Mr. Field's house in the city. Previous to her death she had been unconscious for seventeen days. Mrs. Lindley died about three o'clock Sunday morning. She had been at her father's house since a few days before her mother's death, the influence of which, in connection also with the knowledge of her brother's shame [Edward M. Field], had a disastrous effect upon her health and hastened the crisis in her own complaint, which would have not been very long delayed in any event. Her death, it was generally acknowledged, was only a question of days, or weeks at most, and her father had been prepared to receive the tidings that were conveyed to him yesterday morning. His condition is so critical that is not known whether he will rally from the shock. Mrs. Lindley was born in 1842 in Seventeenth Street, New York, and was married to Daniel A. Lindley in 1874. Her husband during the last ten years has been Edward M. Field's partner in the firm of Field, Lindley & Co. and Field, Lindley, Wiechers & Co., which Edward recently wrecked. There are five children left, three boys and two girls.
