LENNIS COOPER

Lennis Cooper, 69, of Crossville, passed away May 22, 2000, in Cumberland Medical Center. Funeral services were conducted May 27 at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home, with burial in Slate Springs Cemetery. Roger Hyder officiated.

Mr. Cooper was born Aug. 22, 1930, in Sevierville, TN.
He was a retired mill worker.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Cooper of Crossville; daughter, Vicky Knight of Redding, CA; sons, Jerry Cooper of Napa, CA, David Cooper of Loudon, TN, and Dale Cooper of Suison, CA; sister, Lorene Brown of Gatlinburg, TN; brother, Norvell Cooper of Sevierville; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were David Cooper, Dale Cooper, Danny Cooper, Gordan Hamby, Austin Hamby, Jerry Hassler and Scott Mogensen.

Crossville Memorial Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
