Mr. Luther Baxley Boswell, 905 Fairwood Ave., North Augusta, South Carolina, entered into rest Saturday, February 21, 1987 at University Hospital. Graveside services will be held Monday, February 23, 1987 at 11:00 a.m. at Westover Memorial Park, Dr. Charles Bugg and Dr. James Stertz officiating. Mr. Boswell was a native of Richmond County and lived in North Augusta 25 years. He was a retired assistant vice president of the consumer loans department at The Citizens and Southern National Bank of South Carolina. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Augusta, and National Association of Accountants. Survivors include his wife, Myrtle Howard Boswell; a son, Arthur L. Boswell, Augusta; a daughter, Ethel Knierim, Orlando, Fla.; and a brother, Johnnie F. Boswell, Augusta; 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Elliott Sons.
