Sharon M. O'Neil, 52, Pearl River, an Ogdensburg native, died Thursday at her home. She had been ill with cancer.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Foxwood Mausoleum Chapel with the Rev. Kris Lauson, assistant pastor of St. Mary's Cathedral, officiating. Burial will be in Foxwood Memorial Park. Arrangements are with Fox Funeral Home.
Surviving are her husband, her parents, a daughter, a son, her maternal grandmother, two brothers, and two sisters.
A sister, Sondra Sweeney, died Oct. 11, 1987.
Born May 13, 1943, a daughter of Don S. and Mary Elliott Place, she graduated from Nyack High School.
She married Garnet H. O'Neil .
Mrs. O'Neil was a therapy aide at the Rockland Psychiatric Center, Orangeburg, from 1962 until recently, when she became ill with cancer.
