In his 1669/70 will, Thomas Bateman of Concord referred to William Buttrick as "brother," & apparently on this eividence, Buttrick's 2nd wife has been identified as Sarah Bateman. But Thomas Bateman also calls John Mousall & Thomas Brown "brother," so it is more likely that this refers to a church relationship than a kinship connection.
