Vicie Canscaty (or Sicie Kanzada as her death certificate lists her) was born about 26 July 1914 and died 1 Nov 1916. Since her monument is similar but different in both dates and name spellings to the death certificate, this may be because whoever ordered the monument did so many years later and did not check on the death certificate first. (I had trouble finding it because of the different dates and different spelling, and different birth month/day.) Her father officially gave the certificate information, not her mother, and they put her mother was a __ Blackwell, which is not the name of his wife. I suspect this is a miscommunication because Vica Cansada Huntsinger was the name of Mack's wife Carrie Wilson Fowler's mother. It says the child Vicie died at exactly 2yrs 3mos 3days old, which is very specific, too specific to be a guess. I suspect the person writing the info also put down the wrong birth month/day and did not change it.
I checked the Polk County birth records, they record that Mack and his wife had a child sometime in this year who is not on their 1920 census, but it does not list the full name or exact month/day, she was one of 11 known children born to James Mack Fowler and Carrie Wilson - Fowler.
