OBITUARY - Plain Dealer, Wabash (IN)

Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock in the Middle street Methodist church for Richard W. Arnold, 44, who died Thursday morning at 11:45 o'clock in the Robbert Long hospital in Indianapolis. Mr. Arnold had been ill for the past six months and had been in the hospital for seven weeks.

Mr. Arnold was born in Coatesville, Pa., Aug. 4, 1900 to Lyman and Susanna (Winehold) Arnold and prior to coming to Wabash about eight years ago he had resided in Roann.

He was married to Estella Cook, who with two daughters, Dorothy Mae and Norma Lee, survives.

Mr. Arnold was a member of the Middle street Methodist church where for several years he taught a class. He was also a member of the Loyal Order of Moose and Fraternal Order of Eagles. Mr. Arnold was connected with the Asbestos company and was formerly a local agent for an insurance company.

The body has been taken to the Wire Funeral home where friends may call. The Rev. Wallace Deyo will officiate and burial will be in Falls cemetery. The Eagles lodge will hold twlight services in the funeral home Saturday evening at 7 o'clock.
