LEMUEL C. ROBERTS

Lemuel Chester Roberts was born, September 7, 1904 in exas County, Missouri. He died July 25, 1956, in Cabool, Mo. He is survived by his wife, Frances, two sons, Eugene Allen Roberts of Pottersville, Mo., and Lemuel Roberts, Jr., of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Chestine Glenn of Delano, Calif., and Mrs. Murriel A. Harrison of Cabool; parents Mr. and Mrs. Tom Roberts of Cabool; two brothers, Rev. Floyd Roberts of Elk Creek and Reuben Roberts of Cabool; four sisters, Mrs. Della Gendt, Odessa, Texas, Mrs. Eunice Hale of Cabool, Mrs. Hazel Bennett, Willow Springs and Mrs. Opal Lee Love of Tulsa Lake, Calif.

Mr. Roberts became a devoted Christian while he was yet young and at the time of his death was a member of the First Baptist church of Cabool. Funeral services were conducted at 3:00 P.M. July 29, 1956 in the First Baptist church by Verdaine Gibson, under the direction of Elliott-Gentry.
