Ona M., 72, of MWC, went home on Apr 3, 1997. Born Aug 30, 1924 in Pontotoc County, Ok., Ona has finally found peace and rest. She was preceded in death by her husband, E.J. Frank; her parents, William & Melissa (Beal) Walls; & all her brothers & sisters except one. A loving wife, mom and grandma, Ona dedicated her life to being a successful homemaker. She gave many items that were created and designed by her loving hands to others. These precious mementos will remind us always of her caring kindness. She is survived by a son, Ronald D. Frank of Austin, Tx; a daughter, Rhonda J. & husband Dennis Gillikin of Yukon; a sister, Tommie Casey of OKC; 2 granddaughters, Jennifer & Meredith Frank; 2 grandsons, Joey & Jeremy Gillikin, & 2 step granddaughters, Denise & Tina Gillikin. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews & cousins. In sharing Ona's favorite prayer for today, "Remind us, Lord, to accept people as they are, and not as we might wish them to be. Help us to remember that we have all been created by you.", the family asks that you take a few hours of your life to help another in need. A special thank you to all the people at Ranchwood Nursing Home in Yukon for your thoughtfulness of our Ona and of us during this difficult time. Services will be 2 p.m. Sat., Apr 5, at Bill Eisenhour N.E. Chapel with burial at Arlington Memory Gardens.
