[NOTE: Chichester Chinn, early pioneer of Fulton Co Ind prior to 1840, is said to have (1st) m. Sarah Jackson; and (2nd) m., April 19, 1828 Lucy Bliven (b.ca.1807; d. November 11, 1884, ae 78, at Rochester Ind). He was included in the 1830 Census of Shelby Co Ind, and in the 1840 Census of Fulton Co Ind.

(3) William H. C. Chinn, b.ca.1831, m. Nancy T. McCown 1854, and removed to Illinois where four children were born. They had returned to Ind by ca.1869 where another child was born (Fulton Co Ind M.R.; Fulton Co Census).
(4) Edward B. Chinn, b.ca.1833, m. Harriet E. Hood, 1858, and d. August 4, 1887 at Rochester, ae 53 (Fulton Co Ind Census, M.R. and D.R.).
(5) Martha Jane (Patsy) Chinn, b.1836, m. Adam Vinnedge 1855 (Fulton Co Ind M.R. and D.R.).
(6) Lucy Ann Chinn, 1836-1920 (I.O.O.F. cem, Rochester, Ind), m. (1st) Nelson G. Shaffer 1858, and (2nd) Dr. Angus Brown 1870. Children: Laura Shaffer b.ca.1855; William M. Brown b.ca.1872; John B. Brown b.ca.1874; Dr. Archibald Brown, 1876-1946(I.O.O.F. cem, Rochester, Ind) m. 1903 Maude Ellen Waller; Edna Brown, b.ca. 1879/80. (Fulton Co Ind Census & M.R.).
(7) Indiana Chinn, 1839-1903 (Citizens cem, Rochester, Ind), m. John H. Beeber 1861, and had an adopted dau, Serilda R. b.ca.1868 (Fulton Co Ind M.R.; Census 1880 Rochester City,John H. Beeber fam #289:306)
(8) Serelda T. Chinn, b.ca.1842, m. Edward R. Rannells 1862 (Fulton Co Ind M.R.; Census 1870 Rochester city, Edward R. (ae 29 an auctioneer) and Effie (ae 6) were living with the David M. Rannells fam).]
