Murder Victim, Tori Stafford, was an 8 year old girl, attending grade 3 at Oliver Stephens Public School. On April 8, 2009 she went missing when she did not return home after school. A security video taken from the high school shows her walking with a person of interest on the day she went missing. On July 21, 2009 she was found near Mount Forest, Ontario
