Funeral for Dossie Faye "Sue" Berry, 64, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, 2009, at Zion Hill First Baptist with the Rev. A.D. Mills, pastor of Little Zion Baptist Church, and the Rev. Wesley Benton, pastor of Antioch Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Sand Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Berry died Feb. 20, 2009, in her residence. Born Jan. 12, 1945, in Nacogdoches, she was the daughter of Dossie Leroy Garner and Addie Mae Warren Garner. She was retired as a cook for Barnhill's Restaurant. She was affiliated with Sunset Galilee Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Angela LaDonna Maxie of Nacogdoches; sons, Victor McKind Berry of Euless and Ronald Ray Berry of Nacogdoches; brother, Elmer Ray Garner of Nacogdoches; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 1 until 7 p.m. followed by a wake from 7 until 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27. Sadler Funeral Service.
