* Murder Victim* Cody was 5 years old when he was murdered by his mother's boyfriend. Cody suffered from "Williams Syndrome" which is a genetic condition that causes delayed development and impaired motor skills. Despite his difficulties, his father Chris said Cody was a sweet, happy, loveable boy who was always smiling. Unbelieveably, the Australian courts sentenced his killer to a minimal sentence of 10 years in prison. the maximum sentence is 13 years
