MRS. ANN RAY PASSED
AWAY MONDAY, JULY 11.
Mrs. Ann Ray of South Weber died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Thomas Ferbes, in Layton, Monday, after a four months' illness of paralysis.
Mrs. Ray was born August 30th 1838, in England and immigrated to America when a young girl. she located at Coalville, where she resided for a short time, later moving to South Weber, Davis County, where she has since resided.
She is survived by the following children; Hyrum Ray of Burley, Ida., Samuel Ray of Idaho Falls, Idaho, and Mrs. Thomas Forbes of Layton.
funeral services were held in the South weber chapel, Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock with internment in the Ogden cemetery

Mrs. Ann Ray passed away this morning at Layton, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Thomas Forbes.
She was born in England, August 30, 1838 and was one of the early pioneers of the state. She lived at Coalville a number of years, later moving to South Weber. Mrs. Ray was an ardent worker in the L.D.S. church.
About four months ago she suffered a stroke from which she never fully recovered. mrs. Ray is survived by the following children: Hyrum Ray of Burley, Idaho; Samuel Ray of Idaho Falls and Mrs. Flora C. Forbes of Layton.
