A native of Mississippi, Mr. Crain died Saturday at King's Guest Home after a lengthy illness. He was a retired farmer and a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Zelmar (sic Zelma) Crain of Winnsboro; four sons, Lewis Crain of Fort Necessity, George Crain of Winnsboro, Charlie Crain of Jigger and Joe Crain of Lemore, Calif.; two daughters, Mrs. Glady (sic Gladys) George of Conroe, Tex., and Mrs. Mary Ashley of Natchez, Miss.; one foster daughter, Mrs. Undean Gunn of Grayson; 20 grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Charles Crain, Melvin Crain, Dale George, Johnny George, George Totton and Wayne Crain.
