Clinton Newman Brown, age 70 of 4308 High Rock Rd., passed away Monday August 14, 2006 at Moses Cone Hospital Hospice Unit.
A native of Gladys in Campbell County, VA, he was son of the late Porter Wesley Brown and Nellie Scruggs Brown who survives. He was a retired farmer. Mr. Brown is survived by his mother, Nellie Scruggs Brown of the home; sister, Lucille Brown Pickrell of Gibsonville and many close and special friends.
He was preceded in death by his father; brother, Warren A. Brown; paternal grandparents, Hillary and Lula Michael Brown; maternal grandparents, Edward and Ella Eades Scruggs
