Services for Doris Melba Bennett, 80, of Snyder will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will be in Gail Cemetery under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
She died Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2000, at Snyder Health Care Center.
She was born Sept. 20, 1919, in Gail. She married Willie Bennett on Nov. 15, 1942, in Gail. He preceded her in death.
She was a receptionist at Scurry County Senior Citizens Center and a member of the 37th Street Church of Christ. She had been a Snyder resident since 1976.
Survivors include a son, Kenneth of Gail; a brother, Delmo Pearce of Austin; and four grandchildren.
