Guy C. Adams, 89 years old, a former teacher in the Tacoma schools, died Friday in Oakland, Cal., whence he removed four years ago from Tacoma. He was a native of Illinois and lived for many years here. He is survived by one son, G.F. Adams, a salesman of 2918 South Union Avenue; one daughter, Mrs. Laura Terry, Tacoma, and one sister, Mrs. Margaret Goodwin, Los Angeles. The body was received by the Piper mortuary Tuesday morning and was buried at 10:30 in the family plot in Oakwood cemetery, where Mrs. Adams was laid to rest many years ago. Rev. G.F. Pollock conducted the services at the grave.
