James M. Barnes, 74, of Winters passed away August 24, 2010. He was born December 15, 1935 in Brownwood and came to Shep at the age of 13. He was a farm laborer and had many friends in the farm community. He was a member of the Wingate Church of Christ. He is survived by his sister Rose Eva Burton of Belton.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at the Wingate Cemetery with J.F. Lilly officiating under the direction of the Winters Funeral Home.
