Jacob was born on October 30, 1995, in Idaho Falls, the son of Christopher and Brook Robin Barzee Mortensen. He attended Edgemont, Linden Park and West Jefferson Elementary schools and was currently attending the seventh grade at Taylorview Jr. High School. Jacob enjoyed hunting, camping, skateboarding, riding his dirt bike, reading and playing his video games. He was very respectful of others and was the most friendly and polite person we have known. He was loved and will surely be missed by all that knew him.
