McMinnville resident and Warren County native Arrie Luna, 83, died Oct. 21 at NHC Healthcare after an extended illness.
A retired lumber grader at Burroughs-Ross-Colville and a member of the Church of God, he served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II.
The son of John and Alice Young Luna, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ione Stewart.
He is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Woody and Shirley Luna of McMinnville; daughter and son-in-law, Connie June and Clinton Jones of McMinnville; grandchildren, Barry Luna of Knoxville, James Ray Jones, Lori Ann Curtis and Katrina Ann Southard, all of McMinnville; nine great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; brother, Leonard Luna of McMinnville; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 3 p.m. today at High's Chapel with Carl Bouldin officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until time of service today at High's.
High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
