He was a member of Paw Paw Hollow Church. Clell was also a U.S. Army Veteran, where he was a heavy equipment operator, expert marksman and served a tour in Alaska. He was employed at Vulcan Materials Company, serving as a supervisor for 30 plus years. Clell loved farming and ,using his equipment and experience, still cut his own hay until the last couple of seasons.
He was preceded in death by is wives, Norma Shackelford Ogle and Alice Nadine Huffaker; parents, Giles and Lora Ogle; son, Darrell Eugene Ogle; grandson, Jordan Cate; and brothers, Ralph and Don Ogle.
He is survived by his daughters, Glenda Ogle and Janice (Larry) Dean; grandchildren, Amber Hodges, John Harrison, Kaycie (James) Kyte; Ricky (Cassidy) Harrison; great-grandchildren, Alayna, Kailee, Kensey, Nevaeh, Andrew, Emily, Trent, Kaydee"Bryce"; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside service 2:00 pm Friday, May 12, 2023 at Thorngrove Cemetery with Rev. Ronnie White officiate and military honors provided by V.F.W. Post #5266. Mr. Ogle will lie-in-state Thursday from 10:00 - 2:00 pm at Fielden Funeral Home in New Market. Fielden Funeral Home is honored to service the Ogle Family.
