Asheville – Mary Cornelia Pegram Monk Beadles, 80, died on Thursday, July 5, 2007 at her Deerfield residence in Asheville.
She was a native of Asheville, as well as a longtime resident of Athens, GA. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Nicholas Aston Beadles; her sister, Eliza Pegram Bowen of Rocky Mount; and her children, Mary Jane Beadles, of St. Louis, MO, Nicholas Aston Beadles II, of Milledgeville, GA, Jessica Stuart Laird of Atlanta, GA, and Samuel Jay Pegram Beadles, of Atlanta, GA, as well as their spouses.
She is also survived by ten grandchildren, Jessica, Sarah, Stephen, and Melanie Beadles of Milledgeville, GA, Catherine, Elizabeth, Caroline and Sam Beadles, of Atlanta, GA, and Jonah and Rai Laird of Atlanta.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am, on Saturday July 7, at Riverside Cemetery.
Morris Funeral Home, 304 Merrimon Ave., is in charge of the arrangements.
