She was born February 4, 1958, in Steubenville, the daughter of the late Richard Tipton and Joann Pender Tipton, of Steubenville.
Pam was a former employee of Weirton Steel, a Catholic, and a graduate from Central High School class of 1977.
Surviving in addition to her mother, is one son, Andy Tipton of Steubenville; one brother, William Tipton of Las Vegas; two sisters, Connie (Michael) Thomaselli and Kathleen (Bill Guzik) Tipton, both of Steubenville; one aunt, Mary Lois Pender of Steubenville and several nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to a Funeral Liturgy with Mass at 10 a.m. on Friday at St. Peter Catholic Church with Fr. George Yontz, Celebrant.
Private burial in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
