Asa Lloyd Rodgers was the son of Lidia Jane Campbell (1884-1959) and Clifford Lloyd Rodgers (1884-1943.

He married Par Lee 'Paralee' Greta Evans (1913-2008) on December 15, 1933 in Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma. Par Lee was the daughter of Dora Ellen Kyler (1894-1985) and William Wesley Evans (1881-1949). Both parents were born in Missouri. Her mother died in Ebensburgh, Cambria County, Pennsylvania and her father died in Ochelata, Washington County, Oklahoma.

Asa Lloyd Rodgers, 82, of Randolph, Texas, died Friday at Northwest Medical Center in Bonham, Texas.
Born Aug. 3, 1911 in Petrolia, he was the son of Clifford Lloyd and Lyda Jane Campbell Rodgers.
He married the former Paralee Evans on Dec. 15, 1933, in Tulsa, Okla. She survives.
He was retired from the oil field distribution business. He was a Babtist and belonged to the Masonic Lodge 955 in Odessa, Texas. He was a Shriner and member of the Scottish Rite and the York Rite. He had been a Mason since the early 1940's.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Mickey Rodgers of Randolph, Mrs. Charlie (Jane) Dodson of Valley Creek, Texas, and Mrs. Ronnie (Janet) Swinney of Odessa; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held in Texas.
