George W. Hopkins, 94, native of Genoa, died at 6:30 p.m. Monday in the home of a daughter, Mrs. Robert Clark, of Kansas. He had been ill several months.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the Mann funeral home, Fostoria, and burial will follow in Kansas cemetery.
Surviving are the widow, Myrtle, of Fostoria; daughters, Mrs. Clark and Mrs. June Deuble, of Fostoria; sons, Charles, Port Clinton, and John, Lindsey; 15 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
Born June 16, 1862, he was a son of the late Charles and Martha Hedden Hopkins.
