Delisia Was born to Earl and Kathy Robertson in Oakland, California. She received her early education in the Schaffer Park Elementary school of Hayward, California and was a 1989 graduate of James Logan High School Union City, Calfornia. She continued her formal education at Menlo College, Menlo Park, California and the California State University at Hayward, where she obtained her B.A degree in Human Resources. Delisia was currently pursuing her Masters degree in Human Resources at the University of Phoenix.

Delisia enjoyed a significant career in recruiting and human resource development: she served Atlanta-area companies such as H.R Works, First Data, and LogistiCare, where she was a Human Resource Manager.

In 1999, Delisia joined in marriage with Myrio Lemons, and to this union was added a daughter, Kayla Lichelle Lemons on January 8, 2000. Their union was mutually dissolved after 3 years where Myrio continued to be an active part of Kayla's life.

In 2005, she realised a passion and dream as founder of the Eagle Connection (TEC), a vibrant network of KINGDOM minded entrepreneurs based in Atlanta, reaching around the nation and making a difference in the lives of others.

God blessed Delisia with Robert Carter in January 2008 where it was love at first site. They married on July 19, 2008. From this union they were blessed with a son, Ethan Blake, on January 28, 2009. In this life, their union was inseperable and their love continues into eternity.

Among the throngs of those celebrating Delisia's life are her father, Earl Robertson, mother, Kathy Lichelle Smith, sisters, Henri Smith, special friend, "Mama" Ella Kelly, and a host of aunts, uncles, and other family and friends.
