Samuel Tubbs served in 5th & 6th Alabama Infantry of the Confederate Army. Captured with his son John, within spittin' distance of their home in 1864, they were marched to Nashville. Forwarded, imprisoned at Rock Island Illinois until the close of the Civ...(Read more)
