Josephine L. ADAMS, 90, Culver, died at 7:10 p.m, Sunday at Miller's Merry Manor, Culver.
Born in Leiters Ford to Edward and Muriel TRIMBLE COOK, she married A. E. ADAMS on Oct. 8, 1938 in Culver. He preceded her in death on Oct. 8, 1979.
Mrs. Adams was a graduate of Culver High School and was retired accountant of 47 years from Culver Academies. She was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church, Wesley United Methodist Women, Culver City Club, Culver Ektension Homemakers Club, and the assistant site director of Culver Real Meals for many years
Survivors include one daughter, Jeanne K. JOHNSON, Bloomington, Ill.; two granddaughters Christine YOCUM, Atlanta, Ill.. Alison POINTS, Waverly, Ill.; one grandson, Lincoln YOCUM, Bloomington, Ill.; two great-grandchildren, Cody YOCUM, Atlanta, Ill, and Maranda POINTS, Waverly, Ill.
She was preceded in death by one sister and three brothers.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Wesley United Methodist Church, 511, School, Culver. Rev. Daniel J. BERGER will officiate. Burial will be in Culver Masonic Cemetery. Friends maycall from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Bonine Funeral Home, 104 Lakeshore Drive, Culver.
