Jacob Baccus, Jr. and his wife Chrischany Crenshaw are buried in the Young Cemetery. He was born March 2, 1832 and died August 22, 1873. He married Crista Ann Crenshaw on December 15, 1853 in Collin County, Texas, by Rev. Eli Witt. He is listed on the muster roll of Captain W. M. Bush's Company (Company G) of the Texas Regiment of Dismounted Cavalry, Alexander's Regiment, in the Civil War. Both Jacob and Chrischany were born in Illinois.
