Henry married Caroline French on March 13, 1856 in Honolulu, Oahu Island, Hawaii Territory.
They were the parents of two sons:
Henry French & Charles Benjamin.
(The headstone on the right is a FAMILY stone at Mount Auburn Cemetery - Cambridge, Middlesex Co., Massachusetts. He is not buried in this family plot :)

Reminiscences of Honolulu
September 16, 1859, died in Honolulu, Henry F. Poor, of the mercantile firm of Charles A. and H. F. Poor, at the early age of 27 years. His disease was pulmonary consumption. Mr. Poor was a native of Boston, Massachusetts, and a son of Benjamin Poor, of that city. He was a thorough gentleman, of a most genial and pleasant disposition, and his decease was much regretted. He was Master of Hawaiian Lodge, F. & A. M.

Guardianship of Henry F. Poor and C. B. Poor, minors. Petition of A. J. Cartwright, guardian, for settlement of his account as such, and for his discharge so far as Henry F. Poor is concerned, he being of age. The Court made a careful examination of the accounts and the same being found satisfactory were allowed, and upon the filing of the receipt of Henry F. Poor for one half the property, the petitioner was ordered discharged from his trust in relation to Henry F. Poor.
