Francella Eastman Wright, was the sixth of ten children born to Mary Elizabeth and Ozro Eastman. She was born April 2, 1865 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The family lived in Salt Lake City until Francella was seven years of age at which time they moved to Franklin, Idaho. It was at Franklin years later that she met Joseph B. Wright who was also a resident of Franklin.
Joseph B. Wright and Francella were married January 1, 1883 and were still living at Franklin when Lora Wright Poole was born on October 3, 1883.
During the summer months Joseph B. Wright drove a tourist stage in Yellowstone Park. Joseph and Francella lived in Beaver Canyon, Yellowstone. It was here that Francella took sick and died suddenly on October 1, 1889. Her body was shipped to Eagle Rock, (now Idaho Falls) for burial. Her mother and father (Mary & Ozro) were living at Eagle Rock having moved there in 1885. Francella Eastman Wright was buried October 3, 1889, on her daughter Lora's 6th birthday.
Lora lived with Mary and Ozro during the school periods until she was about 17 years of age.
Lora was the only child of Joseph B. Wright and Francella Eastman Wright.
