Married at Holy Trinity Minories, London, 8 July 1628 Parnell (Gray) Parker, daughter of Thomas and Katherine (Myles) Gray. "Parnell Nowell the wife of Increase Nowell" was admitted to Boston church as member #13. She died at Charlestown 25 March 1687, 84 years old.
They had 9 children: Joseph, Increase, Abigail, Samuel, Eleazer. Mehitable Hilton Cutler, Increase again, Mary Winslow Long, & Alexander.
Parnel was related to several other New England immigrants, including Thomas Graves of Charlestown, Thomas Coytmore of Boston, William Tyng of Boston, & his mother-in-law, Katherine Coytmore of Charlestown.
