Leni Eastes was the son of Lawrence Theodore Eastes and Agnes Irene Small. He Grew up in the San Fernando Valley. As a child he worked in some movies such as "A Horn Blows at Midnight" with Jack Bennie.
As a young man he entered the Air Force and made that his career until his health made him retire. He was married to Barbara Anne Dreher about 1947. Barbara died in 1990. In 1993 he married Merle Joy Carter who was with him through his final illness and death. Leni loved her very much and I'm glad she was able to be with him.
Leni's Siblings Include: Jerome Rivera Eastes, and Jacqueline Kay Eastes Perry. He also had 3 1/2 siblings: Dorothea Olive Eastes Bohan, Joy Susan Eastes Pero, and William Lawrence Eastes. Dorothea and Jerome preceded him in death.
