Michael David Bain, age 38, passed away in a tragic accident on Thursday, October 26, 2006. Michael was born in Houston, Texas on September 5, 1968 to Luther A. and Frankie Bain. He is preceded in death by his wife, Cynthia Bain and his father-in-law, Roy Montgomery.

He is survived by his daughter, Amanda Bain and his son, Michael Anthony Bain; his parents; brothers, Christopher Bain and wife, Kandalynn, Matthew Bain; sisters, Lorri Chavis and Samatha Chavis; grandparents, Malcolm and Ginger Smith; aunt, Sheryn Major, uncle, Norris Russell, fiancé, Stephanie Dugger; mother-in-law, Elaine Montgomery; sister-in-law, Laura McNeil and husband, Eddie; brothers-in-law, Sam Helm and wife, Michelle; nieces and nephews, Courtney, Shaunnessy, Rebekah, Ryan, Kayla and many other loving family members and caring friends.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, October 31, 2006 3:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel, Coldspring, Texas. Rev. James Hazelton and Kenneth Conatser conducted the service with interment at Evergreen Cemetery, Evergreen, Texas
