Rena's obituary was found in the April 6, 1989 issue of Virginian Pilot as follows:
"Norfolk: Rena Estelle Nunnally,88, of the 6200 block of Granby Street, died March 29,1989, in a hospital.
Mrs. Nunnally, a native of Virginia Beach, was the widow of Robert H. Nunnally.
Survivors include a sister, Florence Bowen of Nags Head; a niece and a nephew.
The grave side service will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday in Riverside Memorial Park by Rev. Paul B. Watlington Jr, Hollmon Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is handling arrangements."
