RAPID CITY JOURNAL, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, Thursday, March 26, 2009 SPEARFISH-"Elvin R. Leeman, 91, Spearfish, died Tuesday, March 24, 2009, at Belle Fourche Regional Senior Care.
He served in the U.S. Army from 1945 until 1946.
Survivors include his daughter, Norma Ollila, Belle Fourche; his son, E. Ray Leeman, Jr., Idaho Falls, Idaho; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 31, at Kinkade Funeral Chapel in Sturgis, with the Rev. Bob Totino officiating.
Burial, with military honors by the Sturgis Veterans Honor Guard, will follow at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis.
A memorial has been established to Shriners Crippled Children's Hospital..."
