Marion Schultz Sackett, 90, passed away Tuesday at James Square. A life resident of Syracuse, she was a former employee of Syracuse China for 10 years and Dey Brothers for five years. She also worked at Sibley's Department Store for eight years. Marion was a communicant of Assumption Church. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Louis Sackett, in 1991. Marion is survived by three sons, Louis E. Jr. (Sheila) Sackett of Syracuse, Dennis A. (Charmaine) Sackett of Florida and David A. (Pasqua) Sackett of Clay; one sister, Catherine Huber of Syracuse; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be conducted 9:15 a.m. Monday at PIRRO & SONS FUNERAL HOME and 10 a.m. in Assumption Church, 812 North Salina Street. Entombment in Assumption Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home, 1500 Park Street. In lieu of floral donations, contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association of CNY, 441 West Kirkpatrick Street, Syracuse, NY 13204. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Margaret Williamson and the staff at James Square and PACE CNY.
