On 19 February 1908 when Levoria Elizabeth "Vodie" was 13, she married Thomas Luther DOCKERY, son of Hasten Calvin DOCKERY & Elizabeth SETLIFF, in Surry County, North Carolina.

Paternal grandparents were Jesse (he started Bear Creek Baptist Church) and Sarah Wilmoth Stanley. Maternal grandparents were David and Elizbeth Hutchens Baker. (Recorded by: K. Ned Beasley, h/o Teresa Sizemore, 2nd cousin 3 times removed)
