Simon's birth has not been given, but has been estimated as 1669 (ibid), with his will of 2 Mar 1712/13, proved 7 Apr 1713 establishing his approximate death. This Simon Couch (II) was the second son of Simon Couch (I) whose birth has been estimated as 1633 (as testified in 1681 at age 48), which father-Simon I's will of 22 Dec 1687, proved 15 Mar 1687/8 established his approximate death.
