William "Bill" Glen Radford, 50, of Rigby, passed away Monday, January 12, 2009.

He was born April 7, 1958, in Rigby, to Vardus Wayne Radford and Shirley Fontaine Grover Radford. He was raised and attended schools in El Cajon, CA, he then graduated from Rigby High School in 1976. On September 25, 1982, he married Celia Linette Fearing in San Diego. Their marriage was solemnized in the Idaho Falls L.D.S. Temple. They later divorced. On April 14, 2007 he married Christine Ott in Idaho Falls. He owned and operated Rad-crete Construction in Rigby. Prior to moving to Rigby, he was a swimming pool contractor in San Diego, CA for 14 years.

Bill was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, he enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycles, camping, and spending time with his children.

He is survived by his parents, Vardus and Shirley Radford, of Rigby, daughters,of Draper, UT,of Idaho Falls, sons,both of Rigby,sisters,of Mesa, AZ,of San Diego, CA, a brother,of Rigby, and one grandson. He was preceded in death by a sister, Brenda, and his grandparent.
