Neppie T. Driggers
Neppie Brown Tubb Driggers, 96, of Andrews, the widow of Lucius Bardin Driggers Sr., died Saturday, March 7, 2009 at the Tidelands Community Hospice House.
Funeral services will be 4 p.m., Wednesday, March 11, 2009, at the Spring Gulley Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery, directed by the Andrews Chapel of McKenzie Funeral Home.

Mrs. Driggers was born Sept. 24, 1912, in Hatley, Miss., the daughter of Eulon Tubb and Minnie Raden Tubb. She was a retired food service employee of the Georgetown County School District and a member of the Spring Gulley Baptist Church where she served in the Women's Missionary Union, as a Sunday School teacher, and was a VBS worker.
She leaves behind her children, Lucius Bardin (JoAnn) Driggers Jr. and Carolyn D. (Rabon) McKenzie, both of Andrews; 9 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
