An area resident for most of her life, she was born June 3, 1928 in Cuba, N.Y., a daughter of the late Allan R. and Helen Tillotson Mount.She was a 1946 graduate of Mayville Central School. Before her retirement in 1993, she was employed in the food service department and later as cashier at Jamestown Community College, where she worked for 15 years. In earlier years she had worked at the Harvest House-Woolworths coffee shop in the Chautauqua Mall for 15 years. Barbara was a polio survivor and thus was a very active volunteer for the March of Dimes organization for several years. She will be remembered as a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother who was very devoted to her family and friends her entire life. She also loved to spend time in her garden, tending to her flowers and watching the birds. Surviving are three sons Jack A. Woodward and Gary M. Woodward both of Jamestown and Lee B. Woodward of Bemus Point; four grandchildren; one greatgrandson; two sisters: Sue Alexander of Derrick City, Pa., and Beverly Barson of Jensen Beach, Fla.; and two brothers: Richard Mount of Bemus Point and Robert Mount of Kane, Pa. She was preceded in death by her husband, C. Glade ''Ki" Woodward who died Nov. 28, 2004; and two sisters: Virginia Burnett and Dorothy Ribbing.
