Dallas Woman To Be Buried in Terrell - Mrs. William P. Dumas, who died early Thursday at her home, 5631 Monticello, will be buried Friday afternoon in Terrell, following services in the First Baptist Church of Terrell at 3:30 p.m. Proceeding the removal of the body from Dallas, brief services will be held at Brewer's Funeral Home. 2303 Ross Ave, at 1 p.m. Dr. George W. Truett, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Dallas, will conduct the rites at the funeral home, assisted by the Rev. W. H. Wynn, pastor of the Forest Ave. Baptist Church. The latter will be in charge of the service in Terrell. Mrs. Dumas was formerly Miss Susie Helms of Terrell. She was born near Roanoke, Va. Shortly after her marriage she and Mr. Dumas removed to Austin, where he was a Assistant General of Texas. They had been living Dallas for seven and half years. Since Childhood Mrs. Dumas had been a member of the Baptist denomination., her affiliating in Dallas having been with the First Church. An illness of three weeks preceded her death. A 3-year-old daughter, Betty Boone Dumas, survives, also her husband, her mother, Mrs. T. C. Helms of Dallas; a sister, Mrs. Theodore H. Barrett of Dallas, and three brothers, John T. Helms and Paul M. Helms of Terrell and E. Truett Helms of Dallas.

Terrell, Texas - The body of Mrs. William P. Dumas of Dallas was buried here Friday with services conducted by the Rev. W. H. Wynn, pastor of the Forest Ave Baptist Church of Dallas. Last rites were held in the First Baptist Church here, the altar and rostrum of which was banked high with flowers. Mrs. Dumas before her marriage, was Miss Susie Helms of Terrell. Funeral services were conducted by the same minister who solemnized her marriage while she and Mr. Wynn were residents of this city. The services were attended by about fifty Dallas persons who accompanied the body from Dallas after a brief service in Dallas. Pallbearers were L. Storey Stemmons, Ed R. Bumpass, D. E.
