She was born on Nov. 24, 1950 and lived in various islands in the Caribbean and in Miami before moving to Naples in 1995.
She is survived survived by her mother, Phyllis D. Richmond. She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth L. Richmond.
Ann attended the University of Missouri and completed her education at Florida International University.
While in the Caribbean, she managed small luxury resorts in Spanish Wells, Bahamas, Cayman Kai on Grand Cayman and Third Turtle Inn on Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
After returning to the United States in 1987, she became a certified public accountant.
Her career as a CPA began at McKean, Paul, Chrycy, Fletcher & Co. in Miami. She then became a partner at Wentzel, Berry, Wentzel and Phillips in Naples and in 2008, established her own firm, Anspach and Associates.
