Louise Cotter TAUNTON Louise Cotter (Brady), of Taunton, died Feb. 26, 2009, at Morton Hospital after a long illness. She was 80 years old. She was the devoted wife of the late John Cotter Sr. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was a daughter of the late Frank and Katherine (Lesenski) Brady. Louise grew up in Brockton before moving to Bridgewater where she worked as a teachers aide for the Parker Middle School in Taunton. She will be missed by her dear friend and teaching mentor, Ruth Hall. Louise was the cherished mother to John Cotter of Brockton and Patricia Medas of Taunton. She was the mother to the late James and Joseph Cotter and twin sister to the late Madeline Donahue. She will be missed by her loving grandchildren, John Cotter III, Jamie Cotter and Erin Medas. Funeral from the Sampson-Hickey-Grenier Funeral Home, 309 Main St., Brockton, Tuesday, March 3, 2009, at 8 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass at 9 a.m. in Christ the King Church, 42 Wendell Ave., Brockton. Calling hours Monday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment in Calvary Cemetery.
