She was a homemaker and a member of the Walcott Baptist Church.
Ruth was the daughter of the late Willie and Martellia Reeves. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Randall Gatlin; second husband Joe A. Pillow; brothers, Lonnie and Eldrey Reeves; and sister, Geneva Penny.
Ruth is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Bill and Margaret Gatlin of Jonesboro; grandsons and granddaughters-in-laws, Dewayne and Celina Gatlin of Jonesboro and Jeremy and Misty Gatlin of of McKinney, Texas; granddaughter, Kim Gatlin of Allen, Texas; sister Ruby Rice of Stanford; 10 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5:30-8 in Heath Funeral Home in Paragould.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Walcott Baptist Church, where the family requests memorials be sent.
