|Birth: ||Aug., 1873|
|Death: ||Sep. 16, 1919|
Elizabeth's first husband, by whom she had her children, was Santford Amos Cross.
Once her children were grown, Elizabeth separated from, or possibly divorced Santford, and maintained a home with Robert Kelly. She was known to the town then as Mrs. Kelly.
Upon her son Jake's return from World War 1, Jake persuaded his mother to leave Mr. Kelly and she was getting ready to go to the train station, when Mr. Kelly shot Jake, then shot her, and finally shot himself. All three died.
In addition to the children listed below, there was also a child, Una C. Cross whose tombstone may eventually be found in this cemetery. Una was born about 1894 and died between 1895 and 1900, according to censuses.
