LEHIGH - Thomas Bailey, 75, died Thursday at the Clarion Community Hospital. Services will be Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the Carson Funeral Home, Dayton, with burial at the Oak Grove Cemetery at Lehigh. Visitation will be from 1 to 9 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. until the service Monday.
Survivors are his wife Clara, daughter Verna Hosken, Lehigh; sons, Thomas G, and Clare, both of Lehigh; and Vernon, Maryland; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Birdie Harrah, Eagle Grove.
Mr. Bailey was born at Lehigh and attended school there. He married Clara Young in 1932 at Fort Dodge. He worked as a carpenter most of his life. He moved to the Clarion Care Center in September 1981.
