David Randall "Chico" Anderson was born 13 June 1963 at Norton AFB, San Bernardino, CA. He was the son of Carol Ann Wolfe Anderson and the late Clarence Richard "Andy" Anderson.
David died at home on 10 Dec 2005 in Callands, VA of a accidental gunshot wound to his shoulder.
He spent his early years in Great Falls, MT, before moving to the Lake Ford Community, near Oakland, MD in 1970. After the death of his father, the family moved to Danville, VA in 1978
David was survived by his mother, Carol Wolfe Anderson and a brother and sister-in-law, Richard Wayne Anderson, USN (stationed in Guam)and wife Janet Anderson of Aberdeen, NC. He is also survived by two sons, David Page and Elliott Arlen Anderson of Danville, VA, two nieces Jennifer and Jessica Anderson of Aberdeen, NC and a nephew Joshua Layne Anderson of Danville, VA, his maternal grandparents, D. Wayne and Florence Ruth Wilson Wolfe of the Lake Ford Community, near Oakland, MD, a step son, Shawn Wright of Martinsville, VA, a beloved granddaughter, Cheyenne Wright, uncles John and Robert Wolfe of Lake Ford Community, and cousins Bill, Daniel and John Wolfe who were like brothers to him along with numerous other cousins all over the US. His ex-wives Susan Bruce Anderson Hoffman m 1984, Julie Ordahl Anderson Eaton m 1988 of Danville, VA and his estranged wife, Rebecca Ellen Pinnix Wright Anderson m. 1994 of Martinsville, VA, and his beloved chocolate lab Bud Light also survive. A uncle, Rulon Claire Anderson also survives

He first married the former Susan Marie Bruce in 17 May 1984 in Danville, VA and after their divorce, he continued to live in FL. In 24 Feb 1988 he married the former Julie Ann Ordahl in Jacksonville, FL. In August 1994 he married the former Rebecca Ellen Pinnix Wright in Danville, VA.
After moving to VA, David worked mostly as an auto mechanic, at the time of his death, he was employed by PDS in Martinsville, VA as Safety Director and Maintenance Supervisor. David loved Nascar and worked as a Security Guard several seasons at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, NC. He was an avid Bill Elliott fan. He loved the country and enjoyed working on farm when he returned to MD for a few years in 1994-1998. David was always available to fix things for his mother if she needed him.
A memorial service was held in Danville, VA on 13 Dec 2005 with burial at Lake Ford Graveyard on 11 Aug 2007.
